Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction
thereof, be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 and
costs of prosecution or, upon default in payment of the fine and costs, by
imprisonment in the county prison for not more than 30 days.

It shall be unlawful and it is hereby prohibited for any person, persons,
firms or corporations to store, sell, offer or expose for sale or have in
their possession with intent to sell or with intent to use or to use within
the limits of the Borough of Glenolden any air rifle, air gun, air pistol,
spring gun or any implement which impels with force a pellet of any kind.
The Department of Police is hereby authorized to seize, remove and destroy
any air rifle, air gun, air pistol, spring gun or any implement which impels
with force a pellet of any kind which shall be used or discharged within the
Borough of Glenolden or which shall be held and possessed in violation of
this article.
