No person shall sell at retail nor shall any place of business engaged
in the retail sale of any article or commodity be open for the transaction
of business between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. unless authorized
by way of a special exception by the Zoning Hearing Board for the Borough
of Glenolden.
Any establishment in operation as referred to in § 132-1 at the time of the adoption of this article shall be allowed to continue to so operate.
Violations of this article shall be subject to a fine of $300 for each
violation. In case of a continuing violation, every calendar day upon
which an establishment shall remain open shall be deemed a separate offense.
