There is hereby established within the Township
of Wyckoff, Bergen County, New Jersey, a Municipal Court, known as
the "Municipal Court of the Township of Wyckoff," pursuant to the
provisions of N.J.S.A. 2A:8-1 et seq. and Chapter 264 and Chapter
394 of the Laws of 1948 of the State of New Jersey and the amendments
and supplements thereto.[1]
