GENERAL REFERENCES
Board of Health — See Ch. 39.
The office of Sanitary Inspector is hereby created and established.
The term of such office shall be for one-year commencing on January
1 in each year and terminating on December 31 of said year.
Any holder of a license as a Sanitary Inspector of the First Class shall
be eligible to appointment as such Sanitary Inspector.
Such Sanitary Inspector shall be the agent for the Board of Health of
the Township of Wyckoff for the performance of such services as this Board
or any Health Officer under the authority of this Board shall assign to him,
to aid in the enforcement of the sanitary laws of the State of New Jersey
or the rules, regulations and ordinances of this Board.
