The regulation, planting, care and control of shade and ornamental trees and shrubbery upon or in the parks or upon the public highways of the Township of Wyckoff, excepting the County parks or parkways, shall be exercised by and be under the authority and control of a Commission which shall be known as the "Shade Tree Commission of the Township of Wyckoff," and which said Commission shall consist of five residents of the Township of Wyckoff.
Members of said Commission shall be appointed in the manner and for terms provided by law.

Said Commission shall exercise all the rights, duties and powers vested in and devolving upon it by virtue of Chapter 325 of the Laws of 1915, as amended and supplemented,[1] in addition to all other rights, duties and responsibilities conveyed by the Code of the Township of Wyckoff.
