It shall be unlawful within the Township of Wyckoff for any person, firm or corporation to demolish or remove a building or structure and:
A. 
Bury such building or structure or part thereof or building materials below the surface of the ground; or
B. 
Leave the basement or the excavation within the foundation empty; or
C. 
Fill the basement or the excavation within the foundation with material other than clean mineral fill.
Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine not exceeding $200 or be imprisoned in the County jail for not more than 90 days, or both.
