Any person found to be violating any provision of this Part 1 of this chapter, except Article VI, by the Township with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. Any person found to be violating the provisions of Article VI of this Part 1 shall be subject to immediate legal action by the Township.
Any person who shall violate Part 1 of this chapter shall, for each and every violation, be subject to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days or be fined not exceeding $500, or both, in the discretion of the Judge before whom such a conviction may be heard. Each and every day that such violation continues shall be considered a separate violation of Part 1.

Anything in Part 1 of this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, any person violating any provision of this Part 1 shall be liable to the Township for any resulting expense, loss or damage.
