TIME
Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following
terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Any public establishment containing washing machines and
dryers and other similar mechanical devices for washing, laundering
or drying clothes and other washable materials which the public is
invited to use upon paying a fee therefor.
Includes natural persons, partnership and corporations.
The prevailing and established legal time in effect in the
State of New Jersey during any day in any year.
B.
Word usage. Words used in singular number shall include
the plural and words used in the plural number shall include the singular.
No person shall allow any laundromat in the
Borough of Prospect Park to be opened for public use between the hours
of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the succeeding day.
