A. 
Whoever violates or fails to comply with Article II or Article V shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 for the first offense, not less than $200 nor more than $500 for the second offense, and not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 or imprisoned in the county prison for not more than 30 days, or both, for the third or any succeeding offense.
B. 
Whoever violates or fails to comply with Article III shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 for the first offense, not less than $200 nor more than $500 for the second offense, and not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 or imprisoned in the county prison for not more than 30 days, or both, for the third or any succeeding offense. In the case of a violation of § 80-15D, each defecation shall be deemed a separate offense.[2]

C. 
Whoever violates any of the provisions of Article IV shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 and imprisoned not more than 90 days. Further, any dog engaging in vicious activity may be destroyed by order of the Dog Officer.
