§ 150-3 Fees for reports.

A. There shall be a fee of $5, payable by the individual or other entity making the request, for all police accident reports requested and furnished pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3751.

B. There shall be a fee of $10, payable by the individual or other entity making the request, for all police reports other than those furnished pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3751.
