A.
No person shall drive a vehicle, other than a passenger
car, motorcycle or truck with a gross weight of under 10,000 pounds,
on any street of the Borough, with the exception of the following
streets:

B.
Nothing in this section shall prohibit any person
from driving an emergency vehicle on any of those streets or parts
of streets, or from driving on any of those streets or parts of streets
a truck or other commercial vehicle making local deliveries to or
pickups from premises located along that street or part of a street.
C.
Any person who violates any provision of this section
shall be fined $25 and costs.
