For the purposes of this section, "low-speed vehicle" shall
be defined as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:1-1.

No person shall park any motor vehicle other than a low-speed
vehicle in any parking space appropriately marked as parking for a
low-speed vehicle only. No person shall park a low-speed vehicle in
any parking space appropriately marked as parking for a low-speed
vehicle only without having first obtained a yearly low-speed vehicle
parking permit from the Office of the City Clerk.

A.
Any person
desiring to obtain a yearly parking permit for a low-speed vehicle
may do so by applying to the Office of the City Clerk of the City
of North Wildwood. A parking permit for a low-speed vehicle shall
be nontransferable.
A.
Parking spaces for low-speed vehicles only shall be designated and
appropriately marked in the following locations:

B.
The Chief of Police and the Director of Public Works shall determine
the exact location of the parking spaces described in this section.

The parking of low-speed vehicles in any of the parking spaces designated in § 418-95A of this article shall be permitted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12 midnight.
