For the purposes of this section, "low-speed vehicle" shall be defined as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:1-1.

No person shall park any motor vehicle other than a low-speed vehicle in any parking space appropriately marked as parking for a low-speed vehicle only. No person shall park a low-speed vehicle in any parking space appropriately marked as parking for a low-speed vehicle only without having first obtained a yearly low-speed vehicle parking permit from the Office of the City Clerk.

A. 
Any person desiring to obtain a yearly parking permit for a low-speed vehicle may do so by applying to the Office of the City Clerk of the City of North Wildwood. A parking permit for a low-speed vehicle shall be nontransferable.
B. 
Transferable parking permits issued pursuant to § 418-5A shall not be valid for low-speed vehicles.
C. 
The cost of a yearly parking permit for a low-speed vehicle is hereby fixed as follows:
(1) 
2022: $200.
(2) 
2023: $300.
(3) 
2024: $400.
A. 
Parking spaces for low-speed vehicles only shall be designated and appropriately marked in the following locations:

B. 
The Chief of Police and the Director of Public Works shall determine the exact location of the parking spaces described in this section.
C. 
In addition to the locations of parking spaces for low-speed vehicles designated in § 418-95A, a yearly parking permit for low-speed vehicles shall be valid in any parking space in the City of North Wildwood where payment is required for parking.

The parking of low-speed vehicles in any of the parking spaces designated in § 418-95A of this article shall be permitted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12 midnight.
