The use of three-wheeled vehicles known as "PPV's" (people-powered vehicles) and similar vehicles containing a low-slung aircraft-type three-wheel stance is hereby prohibited on all streets, other public rights-of-way and public grounds in the City of North Wildwood, New Jersey, during the period from May 15 through September 30 in each year.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or community service for not more than 90 days, or any combination thereof.
