It shall be unlawful to lease, bail or rent
motor scooters, motorbikes or motorcycles within the City limits of
the City of North Wildwood.

Any person violating the provisions of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a maximum fine
of $2,000, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or community service
for not more than 90 days, or any combination thereof.
