GENERAL REFERENCES
Boardwalk — See Ch. 150.
It shall be unlawful to operate rolling chairs or tram cars upon the
Boardwalk of the City of North Wildwood except for the successful bidder of
the municipally bid tram car operation.
The tram car specifications, including construction and operation, shall
be as set forth in the specifications which are included in the municipally
bid tram car contract.

Any person or association of persons convicted of a violation of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than
$1,250 and imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days, or both.
