It shall henceforth be unlawful to operate any auction house or auction
sales business, where goods are regularly sold at auction, either on the Boardwalk,
its approaches or upon any amusement pier within the city limits of the City
of North Wildwood.

Any person, partnership, corporation or other combination of persons
violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to imprisonment
in the county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days or to a fine not to exceed
$1,250, or both. Each day of operation shall be considered a separate offense.
