§ 248-1 Spreading of fishpound nets.

The spreading of fishpound nets upon any of the lands located within the limits of the City of North Wildwood is prohibited.

§ 248-3 Violations and penalties.

Any person or persons found guilty of causing or maintaining a nuisance by the spreading of fishpound nets in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall, for each offense, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,250 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
