Section 100.240 Corporate Seal.

[R.O. 1991 § 100.240; CC 1978 § 20.010]

The Seal of the City shall be inscribed with the words, "Board of Aldermen, Vandalia, Missouri." The Seal shall be circular and about two (2) inches in diameter. The City Seal shall be safely kept in the office of the City Clerk.
