[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Salem Lakes at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,

The Village Board of the Village of Salem Lakes hereby adopts
§ 106.50, Open housing, of the Wisconsin Statutes. The officials
and employees of the Village of Salem Lakes shall assist in the orderly
prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within the
Village of Salem Lakes by implementing the authority and enforcement
procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats. The Village
Clerk shall maintain forms for complaints to be filed under § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., and shall assist any person alleging a violation thereof
in the Village of Salem Lakes to file a complaint thereunder with
the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development for enforcement
of § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
