City of North Wildwood, NJ Article I Animals at Large

§ 126-1 Running at large.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or possessor of any of the following animals, viz: horses, mules, cattle, swine, sheep or goats, to permit the same to run at large within the corporate limits of the City of North Wildwood.

§ 126-3.1 Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,250, imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
