It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation
to carry on anywhere within the limits of the Borough the business
of a rendering plant, or the manufacture of glue or guano, or the
grinding, boiling or stacking of bones. For any violation of any provision
of this chapter, the violator, upon conviction, shall be sentenced
to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution and,
in default of payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for
not more than 30 days.
