The rules and regulations adopted by the Etna Borough Recreation Committee be and the same are hereby adopted by this chapter the same as if they were set forth herein.

Any person who violates any provision of the rules and regulations of the Etna Borough Recreation Committee shall be guilty of an offense and, for every such offense, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days, provided that a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each calendar day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.

Any person who enters the playground after the same has been closed, or any person who places any type of foreign matter into the swimming pool shall be guilty of an offense and, for every such offense, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
In addition to the penalties hereinabove provided for, any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter may be removed and physically evicted from the playground premises by the person or persons in charge thereof or by any Etna Borough policeman when such person or persons have been asked to leave the premises and refuse to so do.
