The provisions of Title 44-Code of Federal Regulations. Parts
59 and more particularly subpart 60.3(a) thereof entitled "Flood Plain
Management Criteria for Flood-Prone Areas" are hereby adopted by reference.
A copy of the regulations above described are annexed hereto
by reference.
Two copies of the rules and regulations adopted by the Federal
Emergency Management Agency, as above described, have been placed
on file in the office of the borough clerk and shall remain on file
so that the public at large might view and examine same.
The Borough of Englewood Cliffs hereby designates the borough
clerk as the official responsible for complying with the eligibility
requirement set forth in the paragraph 59-21 et seq.
