A. 
The Township Committee of the Township of Franklin, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey, hereby authorizes the Chief of Police or his designee to adhere to and collect the referenced fee for permit to carry applications from Franklin Township residents.
B. 
Franklin Township Police Department is accepting applications from residents for their permit to carry as per state law and will now need to collect the $200 application fee for said application acceptance in the form of check or money order. One check or money order will be made payable to Franklin Township in the amount of $150, another check or money order will need to made payable to the Superintendent NJSP in the amount of $50.
C. 
Additionally the fees for each permit to purchase a handgun have also been increased to a cost of $25 per permit and the fees for a firearms identification card have been increased to a cost of $50 per card.

The Township Committee of the Township of Franklin, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey, hereby authorizes the Chief of Police or his designee to adhere to and collect the referenced fees from any requesting person(s).
B. 
The current lowest hourly rate for the Department’s body worn camera unit staff capable of fulfilling the request is $30 per hour. The estimated time redaction will require is at least seven hours to prepare, thus a total clerical cost of $210. This fee is based on a standard incident in which two to three body worn cameras may be present at an incident. Should the incident being requested involve multiple body worn cameras or an extended period of time, the above fee will change and be estimated accordingly prior to fulfillment. If you agree to the basic special charge fee of $210 you are required to remit payment, in full to the Franklin Township Municipal Clerk’s office before the Police Department will commence processing your request. Please provide written confirmation of your acceptance or rejection of the Special Service Charge as indicated on the attached form.[1]
