Employees and prospective employees shall be
required to have a physical examination performed by a doctor chosen
by the City in the following situations:
A.
For prospective employees whose job descriptions call
for physical work, prior to formal action taken with respect to their
employment, including but not limited to policemen, fire fighters,
fire police, recreation personnel, landscaping personnel and public
works employees.
B.
For personnel employed by the City, from time to time,
at the request of the City, for employees whose job descriptions call
for physical work, including but not limited to policemen, fire fighters,
fire police, recreation personnel, landscaping personnel and public
works employees.
These physical examinations shall be at the
sole expense of the City of North Wildwood.
Clerical personnel and certain supervisory personnel
shall not be required to have these physical examinations.
