A. 
Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway, an emergency shall exist, and no vehicle shall be parked on the following streets or highways or a portion thereof:

B. 
The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect until the street is no longer covered with snow or until the street has been plowed to its full width from curb to curb.
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this article shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and any police officer of the City of North Wildwood may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable cost of the removal and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.
The effectiveness of this article is contingent upon signs being erected as required by law. Signs to mark the streets where these regulations will be effective shall be posted at intervals not exceeding 1/4 mile (1,320 feet) and shall contain the following or similar language: "No Parking When Road Is Snow Covered."

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this article, or any supplement thereto, shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
