No person shall park a vehicle at any time in
the parking lot located directly behind the City of North Wildwood
Police Facility. Said parking lot is hereby restricted for use by
police vehicles only.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time in
the parking lot adjacent to the North Wildwood City Hall on the 9th
Avenue side, unless said person has specific authority from the Mayor
of the City of North Wildwood to park his vehicle upon said lot.

Anyone convicted of a violation of this article
shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,000, imprisonment in the
county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or community service
for not more than 90 days, or any combination thereof.
