A member will be eligible to participate in
the supplemental medical benefit plan provided that he retires from
the Borough's employment and, upon such retirement, he has attained
at least age 65, he has completed at least 16 years of service and
he has become eligible for Medicare Parts A and B.
Monthly benefits as described in § 31-30.11 will commence on the first day of the month coincident with or next following the member's date of retirement.
