Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140 and other applicable law of the State
of New Jersey, the Township of Wyckoff hereby provides for the appointment
of a Township Engineer.
The Township Engineer, who shall be a licensed engineer of the State
of New Jersey, shall be appointed annually by the Township Committee for a
term of one year.
The Township Engineer shall give professional engineering advice, service
and assistance to the Township Committee and the various local boards and
officials and perform such other professional duties as may from time to time
be requested by the Township Committee.
The Township Engineer shall receive compensation for his services within
the limits of available appropriations.
