This Part 1 of this chapter shall be administered and enforced by the Wyckoff Township Engineer. It shall be the duty of the Wyckoff Township Engineer to make or cause to be made all inspections, tests and examinations required by this Part 1; to serve or cause to be served any notice required by this Part 1; to issue or cause to be issued any permit provided for in this Part 1; to fix any fee or charge authorized by this Part 1 (unless the same is fixed by this Part); and to make any other determination required by this Part 1 unless some other person is required to do so by this Part 1.
