The dues of active members shall be $3 per year, payable in
advance to the Secretary. Dues shall be due and payable at the annual
meeting.
A member shall be considered as delinquent in his dues if such
dues have not been paid by the fourth regular meeting following the
annual meeting.
Any member who shall become delinquent in his dues shall be
disqualified from voting on any matter that may come before the Company,
from holding any office, and from attending any social function of
the Company until such dues are paid.
Any member who shall be delinquent in his dues for a period
of six months from due date shall be reported to the Company by the
Secretary as a person unfit for membership. The member shall then
have until the next regular meeting to pay his indebtedness in full.
If any member shall fail to become a member in good standing by that
meeting, the Secretary shall, without further authorization, notify
said member that he has been dropped from the rolls in accordance
with the bylaws of the Company. A copy of such letter shall be filed
with the correspondence of the Company.
Any person who shall have been dropped from the rolls under §
31-35, above, and who desires to be reinstated as a member, must reapply for membership under the provisions of §§
31-6 and
31-7 of Article
III.

Any member not attending annual inspection shall be fined $5.
If a member is unable to attend the annual inspection, be must submit
a written excuse to the Secretary prior to the date of inspection,
setting forth his reason for not attending, or be subject to the fine
of $5.
