A. 
There is hereby established at the Cornerstone Christian Church Parking Lot, located at 495 Wyckoff Avenue, special permit parking for the parking of licensed motor vehicles.
B. 
Parking permitted. Between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, no motor vehicle shall be parked in the Cornerstone Christian Church parking lot unless:

(1) 
The vehicle has displayed a valid, current parking permit issued by the Township of Wyckoff and a current motor vehicle registration; or
(2) 
The operator of the vehicle and/or its occupants are members or guests of the Cornerstone Christian Church and are attending functions or activities being conducted at the Church; are employees of the Cornerstone Christian Church and are parking in the lot during their scheduled hours of employment; are members of the Cornerstone Christian Church who have been given permission to park in spaces designated by the Church; are nonmembers of the Cornerstone Christian Church attending functions or activities being conducted at the Church; or are persons conducting business with the Cornerstone Christian Church.
C. 
Parking regulations.
(1) 
Parking permitted under this article shall be limited to those spaces designated as such on the parking lot property.
(2) 
All vehicles are to display a valid, current parking permit in the manner required by the Wyckoff Police Department.
(3) 
All vehicles are to be parked within the lines of a designated parking space.
(4) 
Any unoccupied vehicle parked in violation of this article may be removed by the Wyckoff Police Department. The owner of such removed vehicle shall pay the reasonable costs of removal and storage, which may result from such removal, before regaining possession of the vehicle.
(5) 
The Wyckoff Police Department is authorized to prohibit special permit parking whenever necessary for the public safety when an emergency situation exists.
D. 
Application for permit; fees; issuance of permits.

(1) 
Annual applications for permits shall be made on forms furnished by the Township Clerk's office and shall be available at the Township Clerk's office.
(2) 
Fees for parking permit and replacement permit.
(a) 
The fee for a parking permit for a licensing year for residents of the Township of Wyckoff shall be $130 and for nonresidents, $310.

(b) 
The fee for a replacement parking permit for a licensing year for residents and nonresidents is $25.
(c) 
The fee for a parking permit for the period of May 15 through September 15 of a licensing year for residents of the Township of Wyckoff shall be $61 and for nonresidents, $82.

(d) 
The fee for a handicap parking permit for a licensing year for a resident of the Township of Wyckoff shall be $110 and for nonresidents, $290.

(3) 
A parking permit may be displayed on family-owned or leased vehicles only and is not transferable.
(4) 
The number of parking permits to be issued for any licensing year shall be determined by the Township Committee of the Township of Wyckoff.
(5) 
All fees shall not be proratable for the period between the date of issuance of the permit and the end of the licensing year. The licensing year shall commence on the first day of January and end on the 31st day of December.
E. 
Waiver of liability. All parking shall be at the vehicle owner's or operator's own risk, and the owner or operator waives any rights or claims of liability against the Township of Wyckoff for any loss or damage as a result of parking privileges extended hereunder.
F. 
Enforcement. This article is to be enforced by the Police Department of the Township of Wyckoff or any other person or persons designated by the Township Committee of the Township of Wyckoff.
G. 
Violations and penalties. Violations of this article shall be considered a motor vehicle parking violation and shall be subject to the same penalties as those set forth in § 177-4 of the Code of the Township of Wyckoff.

B. 
Parking permitted. Between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, no motor vehicle shall be parked in the Wyckoff Community Park parking lot unless:
(1) 
The vehicle has displayed a valid, current parking permit issued by the Township of Wyckoff and a current motor vehicle registration; or
(2) 
The operator of the vehicle and/or its occupants are coaching or spectators of a Township of Wyckoff-approved recreation field use; are employees or contracted service of the Township of Wyckoff performing work at the park; Wyckoff residents enjoying passive recreation; or are persons who have received permission from the Wyckoff Police Chief.
