[Ch. 18 of the 1981 Regulations]
It is the responsibility of the food service establishment operator, prior to construction or major renovation, to supply the Board of Health with a sketch, drawn to scale, of his/her food service establishment, showing the floor layout, equipment, plumbing, ventilation, refuse storage facilities, sewage disposal facilities, and other pertinent information. Submission and review of said plans does not relieve the operator of a food service establishment from meeting all requirements of these regulations or of the State Sanitary Code.
The Board of Health will complete the review of the submitted plans within 30 days from the day of submission. The fee for each review of plans is $25. (All fees are subject to change.)
