There shall be an Emergency Preparedness Committee composed of 10 members as follows: Fire Chief or his designee, Police Chief or his designee, Civil Defense Director, two residents from each of the three precincts to be appointed by the Select Board for three-year terms, and a representative of the Red Cross.
The purpose of the Emergency Preparedness Committee is to advise and assist the Civil Defense Director in both the contingency planning process and during an actual emergency situation.
