Any person who violates any of the provisions of the Code of
the City of Orange Township shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject
to imprisonment in the county jail or in any place provided by the
municipality for the detention of prisoners for a term of ninety (90)
days or a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.) or a period
of community service not exceeding ninety (90) days.
