Any young person desiring to participate in the township recreation
programs must pay a one time general registration fee of five dollars
($5.). Said fee shall permit the registrant to enroll in any recreation
program or activity offered to that person by the city.
B.
A family of four (4) or more shall pay a fee of twenty dollars ($20.).
