The following fees shall be paid for participation in the Health
Department programs listed below and conducted by the Department of
Community Services, Division of Health Services:
Child Health Clinic: $10. administration/clinic fee per child
per session.
Adult Vaccination Clinic: $10. administration/clinic.
Mantoux: $20. — Adults only
Medical evaluations for TB: $50.
Flu shot: $20. — Adults only
Pneumonia shot: Equivalent to current Medicare reimbursement
rate for same. Adults only
