No taxicab or public hack shall be operated upon the streets
of the City without first obtaining a license so to do, except that
taxicabs and public hacks having the origin of their fare outside
the City shall have the right to transport such fare to a destination
in the City without the necessity of procuring a license under the
provisions of this Article.

registration.
2.
Certificate
of Good Standing from the State of New Jersey.
3.
Liability
insurance for business.
4.
Workmen's
Compensation Insurance.
5.
Shareholders
or Stockholders Disclosure Certificate holding one percent (1%) or
more of the stock.
6.
Name and
address of the company license holder and, the shareholder or stockholder
name and address of all owners or participants in ownership of the
legal entity and all officers, directors or others like position,
whatever their title is.
