No person or persons shall coast or ride upon any sled or similar
conveyance upon any sidewalk in the Borough or upon any of the streets
or alleys in the Borough not set apart for the purpose by the Mayor
and barricaded and/or guarded so as to protect the sledders. Any person
who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon
conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of $1.
