No person may eject, throw or launch into flight any aerodynamically
designed disc, a specific example of which is known as "frisbee,"
or use any ball, including but not limited to, footballs, volleyballs,
and softballs, or any bat, boomerang, or any other aerodynamically
designed disc, or any athletic device, which is thrown, batted, kicked
or rolled, or conduct or participate in any sport or game within the
scope of this section, upon prior warning by the enforcing agency.
A warning may be issued by the enforcing agency when the number of
persons in an area are such as to render the above-described athletic
activities unsafe, as determined by the enforcing agency. This section
applies to activities in the area of the City described as North,
South and Middle Beaches, and along Crescent Avenue from, at, or near
its intersection with Metropole Avenue to its intersection with Clarissa
Avenue.
