Every person who acts as a guard or lookout for any building, public place, premises or establishment used for gambling, prostitution, controlled substances or any other form of vice or illegal act, or where alcoholic beverages are illegally kept, sold or purchased, or for any person soliciting, offering or engaging in prostitution, gambling, controlled substances sale or use, illegal sale or use of alcoholic beverages or any other form of vice or illegal act, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Every person who gives any signal intended to or calculated to warn or give warning of the approach of any peace officer to any person in or about any building or premises or places mentioned in § 5-18.01 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. It is not necessary to show that the signal was given for any person or persons known to the signaler; it is sufficient if it is given to a person in the places mentioned.
