A schedule of reasonable and uniform fees that are required
to be paid for permits, licenses or services or the amounts of corporate
bonds of indemnity that are now required or are provided for by chapters
of the Code of the Borough of Cheswick or that may hereafter be required
or provided for shall be established by a resolution or resolutions
of the Borough Council of the Borough of Cheswick adopted at a regular
meeting of the Borough Council.
Such schedule or schedules may be revised or amended from time
to time in whole or in part by a similar resolution or resolutions
of the Borough Council adopted at a regular meeting.
The schedule or schedules of fees established pursuant to this
chapter shall be kept on file in the office of the Borough Secretary
and shall be kept up-to-date by the Secretary in the event of any
changes or revisions therein by resolution of the Borough Council.
