Borough of Cheswick, PA Chapter 19 Financial Disclosure

§ 19-1 Persons required to file statements.

[Amended 7-15-1986 by Res. No. 11-86]

The Borough of Cheswick has determined that the following positions or persons are obligated under the Ethics Law[1] and the regulations of the Ethics Commission to file financial disclosure statements on prescribed forms with the Municipal Secretary on or before May 1, 1986, and each subsequent year:

A. Mayor.

B. Elected officials.

C. Appointed officials.

D. Police Chief.

E. Fire Chief.

F. Building Inspector.

G. Zoning Compliance Officer.

H. Members of the Zoning Hearing Board.

I. Engineer, Senate Engineering Company.
