It shall be unlawful for any person to:
A. 
Loiter, on foot or in a motor vehicle, upon any of the sidewalks, streets, pavements, crossings, street corners, bridges, highways, alleys or parks in this Borough, or at or near the entrance to a church, railway station or any place of public resort or entertainment, so as to interfere with or obstruct, or tend to interfere with or obstruct the free passage of citizens or travelers along any of said thoroughfares, or into or out of any of said places.
B. 
Loiter upon private property within the limits of this Borough, without the consent of the owners thereof.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction thereof, by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000, and costs of prosecution, for each offense or, upon default in payment of the fine and costs, by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
Each violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
