The Borough of Cheswick hereby incorporates the attached rules
and regulations of the Allegheny County Health Department regarding
storm drains.[1]

The Borough Zoning Officer shall be responsible for enforcing
the aforesaid rules and regulations within the municipality of the
Borough of Cheswick.
Any person who shall violate a provision of this chapter or
shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof shall be
guilty of a violation of this chapter and, upon conviction thereof
before any District Justice, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not
less than $50 nor more than $1,000, and costs of prosecution, or,
in a default of payment of such fine and costs, to be imprisoned in
the county jail for not more than 30 days.
Any provisions of the Code of the Borough of Cheswick conflicting
with provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.
This chapter shall become effective five days after the adoption
pursuant to the applicable laws of this commonwealth as pertain to
the Borough.
