The curblines on all streets and avenues that are less than 50 feet wide shall be located parallel with and at a distance, which shall be 3/10 of the total width of the street from the center line of said street.
The curblines on all streets that are 50 feet wide shall be located parallel with and 15 feet distant from the center line of said street.
The curblines on all streets that are more than 50 feet wide shall be located parallel with and 15 feet distant from the center line of said street.
The size, width, height, design, kind and character of material and construction, etc., of the combination curb and gutter and drainage are fully set forth, described and appear in plans and specifications prepared by the Borough Engineer, which are hereby ratified and adopted and made a part of this article and are on file with the Borough Secretary and Borough Engineer.
