The Town of Winchester, acting herein by a Town meeting, its
legislative body, and pursuant to Section 7-330 of the Connecticut
General Statutes, hereby votes to form and join a district known as
Litchfield Hills Travel Council, and any successor agency for the
purpose of establishing a convention and visitors commission pursuant
to Section 7-136(a) through (c) of the statutes, as amended.
