Any member of any municipal commission, board or committee appointed
by the Board of Selectmen or Town Manager pursuant to the Town's Charter
shall be deemed to have resigned if the member is absent without excuse
at three consecutive meetings or a majority of meetings in a calendar
year.
The Chairman of any commission, board or committee shall be
empowered to excuse a member's presence for good cause.
