The Town of Winchester hereby adopts the provisions of C.G.S.
§ 7-170 through § 7-186, inclusive, "An Act Concerning
Bazaars and Raffles," which Act provides for the regulation and conduct
of bazaars and raffles within the Town of Winchester.
