[Adopted effective 2-18-1930 (§ 20 of the prior compilation)]
The sliding or coasting on a sled or sleds upon any highway
or street within the limits of the Town of Winchester is prohibited,
except upon such streets or highways as may hereafter be designated
by an appropriate sign, issued by the Chief of Police of said Town,
that such coasting and sliding may be had thereon.
Any person who shall violate this article, or any part thereof,
shall pay a fine of $75.
